Your journey will be focused on the purity of the ingredients, their origins and anthropology.
Featured elements will be combined and crafted with complimentary techniques
to best express texture, flavors and sensations.
The evolution of your Omakase is designed with intention and is meant to be experienced with no alterations.
In the same philosophy, a vegetarian menu can be made available upon request, to serve as an alternative option
to accommodate food restrictions and allergies.
The intimate nature of this experience lends itself to smaller parties.
For ultimate enjoyment we are limiting group size to no larger than 6 guests.
This experience will be offered to a maximum of 20 guests per evening and pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Stylistically Japanese by nature with a new world touch, the tasting menu features highly curated selections
of premium ingredient expressed with both, Eastern and Western technics. The menu is designed for an adventurous palette
and will include a succession of small composed dishes featuring seasonal vegetables, seafood, poultry and meat
prepared in different styles including raw and rare.
A similar style vegetarian menu is available in lieu of accommodating for food restriction and allergies.
